The physical activity portion of the Employee Wellness Program is conducted in the KHS Building including the following facilities:

  • The Lifespan Wellness Center (KHS-001) is a 5,000 square foot facility that is fully equipped with strength training and cardiovascular equipment.
  • The Group Exercise Rooms (KHS-202/203) are designed for group exercise sessions including aerobics, cardio kickboxing, hip hop dancing, self defense, karate, fencing and more.
