New Group Classes 

Coming Fall 2025, we are enhancing our group exercise classes. These registered classes will focus on progress throughout the semester.  One class will be focused on maximizing power and the other enhancing agility, balance and coordination.

Find Inspiration and Thrive Together

Also, in the Fall we have our FIT Together program to help you get started with achieving an active lifestyle.  In this program, you will work with a leader to maximize your motivation and develop the skills to be a successful independent exerciser.

Other programs under development include:

  • Walking groups
  • Lunch and Learn sessions on health and well-being topics

These open gym times  are Monday-Thursday 11:45-2pm, 5-6:45pm and Fridays 11:45-1:45pm. In these sessions, you can drop into any or all of our open times in the gym. During this session, we have a Kinesiology Graduate student supervising these sessions who can help as much or as little as you want. Each session has a workout plan created so that you do not need to think about what to do. This is great for those who are new to a gym setting as we will walk you through the exercises and help guide you on your form. If you already are comfortable in a gym setting, you are welcome to do your favorite workout. Fees are pro-rated for the remaining of Spring 2025.

We are also offering the  EWP Yoga classes during the Spring 2024 session which runs from Jan 30 - May 15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 noon - 12:50pm. You can register for the session or drop in at $6 per class.
