Campus Resources

The mission of the Employee Wellness Program is to promote other related Campus Resources that provide CSF employees with valuable services or information for improving wellness. Links to some of these resources are:

Associate Students Recreation Sports
AS Rec Sports provides an extensive selection of physical activity opportunities for CSF students and employees. Employees can use some of the facilities free of charge and pay a fee to participate in the Drop-In Fitness program which offers aerobics, cardio kickboxing, yoga, pilates and a spin class among others.

Center for Successful Aging
The Center for Successful Aging offers a Senior Fitness Class in the Lifespan Wellness Center that includes a group warmup/cooldown, strength training, aerobic conditioning, and exercise to improve flexibility and balance; a Balance and Mobility Program; and a Health Promotion Program.

Kinesiology & Public Health
If you are interested in learning a new physical activity, KHS offers a full selection of 1-unit activity courses with an academic component (including swimming, soccer, basketball, fencing, self-defense, tai chi, yoga and more). You can register for the classes through Extended Education on a space available basis.
