Main Programs
The
Open Exercise Session
meets multiple times a week in the Lifespan Wellness Center. You are free to perform your own strength training and aerobic conditioning routine, or join in on a pre-written exercise routine under the guidance of our EWP Staff. All exercise routines are easily adaptable to your level of fitness.
Two other programs run out of our Open Exercise Sessions are:

FIT Together program is a small group designed to help you find support and motivation in a small group through guided discussions and exploration of a variety of physical activities together.

Physical Activity Partners is a program that is designed for those who cannot make our open gym time but want a little more support setting goals, creating a plan and holding you accountable throughout the semester.
The
EWP Yoga Class
is a fifty-minute class that meets twice a week. The class is designed to instruct you on how to perform specific postures and breathing methods to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, body awareness, focus and relaxation.
The
Fitness Assessment Program
provides testing of aerobic fitness, body composition, muscle strength and flexibility to employees, students and community members for a fee.

Prior to participating in any of our physical activity programs you must complete a
consent form/waiver
